THE RIGHTS TO THE CITY

HENRI LEFEBVRE AND THE SITUATIONIST

The philosophy of Henri Lefebvre is about getting the freedom to change the city which in turns change the mindset of an individual. This is about breaking through a status quo and giving everyday lives some sort of the right to a citizen and going against capitalism.

Design Detail and Design Element were chosen to illustrate in Atelier Bow-Wow style to study the details that are hardly caught. Each of them was section-cut.

IDEATION PROCESS

COLLAGED TEXTILE CENTRE ATRIUM BASED ON EVANGELICAL CHRISTIANITY BELIEFS

THE AXIS

REFERENCE

Based on the family upbringing, the plug-in is meant to question the amount of one's entitlement under the realm of regionalism. The collage was done in controversy to the church to open perceptions of the people that step into the mall that does not only limit to the religion but also to the rights of each person as an individual.

What has been limiting you? Will you resist the mob mentality for your belief?

COLLAGED IMAGERY OF DESIGN INTERVENTION

DESIGN INTERVENTION

Atelier Bow-Wow style drawing as a method to design intervention and Collage is used a communication tool for
the intended atmosphere of the space.

Pockets of spaces created in concrete imitates the neutrality of the passed ones returning to nature and chimneys to represent the crematorium. Mirrors protrude from the water ponds to reflect the tranquility and emptiness of the body, the soul.
